You can choose medium face 2 face contact or no face to face contact.

This program is versatile and user friendly. And can be done in your own home. Programs are emailed out weekly with clear pictures and easy to understand instructions.

We're settling back into the routine now. Food/exercise things going well and I was pretty good while we were away. I didn't really lose any weight but I didn't put any on either so that's good. I am finding that 60 is a pretty good weight for me as it's very maintainable. I would love to be 57/58 and will still keep working to that but I am pretty happy at 60. I have a trigger point though that rings the alarm bells and that's 62. If I hit that, I need to start thinking about what I'm doing as I won't let it creep over that.
