Well you asked for it and here it is- a ten minute mobilising -energising- calming yoga sequence to start and conclude your day.

Yoga is about union and being in the moment. Know yourself.

Remember to lengthen your spine, go gently, be kind to your self- and remember to be the tortoise rather than the hare.

Use props where required.
