Getting ready for the easter bunny

Ok this is my last email before Easter- I think....

 

Remember in order to achieve your fitness goals you need to form different behaviours and habits to your friends

 

- so you will need to be different this Easter.

 

Different in the morning Different in the day and different in the evening.

Different in work and play

 

The difference between ordinary and extra ordinary is a little extra- what does that little extra mean for you?

 

Is it refusing that beer? That glass of wine? That sausage roll? That marshmallow? That slice of cheesecake?

 

If your friends "do it" that does not make it ok for you to do it.

 

Make a decision about what you are going to eat and how much before you eat.

Keep walking- walk that dog or borrow a neighbour's dog or go to the pound and buy a dog

Do a light meditation and yoga to relax  so that you can listen to your body

Know exactly what you are aiming to achieve and achieve it

 

I believe you can do this.

 

Keep your eye on the ball and Have a great Easter
