Hi every one- Just a short not to remind you to stay on track with your food.

We now need to acknowledge that to be healthy and fit we need to follow different behaviours and lifestyle habits to our friends and peers.

Yes that's right we need to be different to achieve out goals.

Why? Because Australia is now the fattest nation in the world- so being fat has become the acceptable social norm. Yep aussie Norm is right up there with Batman and Wolverine as the Australian super hero.

so if we want to "fit in" if we want to "belong" and if we want to truly be "socially acceptable" we need to be ordinary and over fat and follow behaviours which are not necessarily conducive to our health.

That's right as the typical Aussie we need to eat McDonalds have fish and chips once per week have a wine or beer every time our friends have a celebration eat the hot dogs at the play centre have a piece of birthday cake each time it is offered, have a biscuit with our tea a choc top at the movies...

So let's be different , let's be extra ordinary and lets fight the tide.

Not just for us - but for our children- Our children are likely to follow our lead

Lets be pioneers

  • Let's eat well over Easter
  • Lets walk over Easter
  • Lets weight train over Easter
  • Let's be different over Easter

You can do it!

I believe in you

Lauren
